POSITION SUMMARY:
Menards has its own in-house advertising agency. We purchase television and radio advertising for all the Menards stores and deal directly with many radio, television, and cable stations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Entering individual schedules into our software systems
- Set up of sports packages in software systems.
- Posting individual stations annuals, and sports packages.
- Track the under delivery and bonus that are run to cover any shortfalls on the schedules.
- Running and analyzing Nielsen/ComScore ratings data reports to determine advertising values are being received.
- Work with the individual stations to adjust schedules due to program revisions, missed spots, or late runs to ensure correct advertising is running each week.
- Traffic must be correct so that the invoices can be processed.
- Various other tasks that will be assigned by the Media Purchasing Manager.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet required deadlines.
