Southwest Cares is growing and expanding in the Albuquerque, NM area. With the strength of our multi-disciplinary team, we provide individual and group psychotherapy, psychological assessment, as well as psychiatric evaluations and medication management for people in rehabilitation hospitals, long-term care and assisted living facilities. We are seeking full and part-time psychologists to join our outstanding team of behavioral health clinicians. Clinicians with experience in the field are encouraged to apply.
We only invite independently licensed clinicians to join our team. Through committed adherence to the highest levels of clinical care and professional standards, we enjoy great professional regard from the patients and facilities whom we serve. Our providers also value the income stability and peace of mind that comes from being a member of a group that adheres to the highest ethical and professional standards.
We serve patients with a wide array of mental health diagnoses. The work is complex, clinically rich, highly rewarding and extremely meaningful. We foster professional autonomy within a system that is supportive and empowering. Our team atmosphere is patient-centered with a strong emphasis on collaboration and open communication.
For clinicians who join our company, Southwest Cares takes care of all billing, insurance, and other administrative matters. Our administrative team also undertakes the credentialing/paneling process for Medicare, Medicaid, Centennial payers, and insurance companies. In so doing, Southwest Cares eliminates most of the administrative difficulties that a private practice psychologist can experience. This results in more time being available for clinical services, less administrative downtime and stress and therefore greater income potential.
