Job Description

SUMMARY: The Clinical Training Specialist will perform in-services to clinicians in health facilities for all products as required. Will work closely with Clinical Training Manager and Regional Sales Manager to successfully rollout all product in-services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Perform product field training and in-services for customer clinicians.

 Implement programs to ensure successful implementation of products in facilities.

 Perform periodic in-servicing/training to existing customer accounts as requested.

 Perform other duties, as necessary, to assist the Clinical Training Manager in meeting company goals and objectives.

Skills & Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

 High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

 Ability to learn, understand and communicate technical information and solutions.

 Proven ability to coach and teach others to properly utilize Posey products and equipment.

 Adept at listening and articulating in both oral and written communications.

 Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management and personnel both within and outside the organization.

 Ability to build strong relationships with key clients.

 Excellent attention to detail.

 Excellent time management and organizational skills with good follow through.

 Energetic, self-starter with the ability self-motivate and work independently with minimal direction.

 Strong team player with good judgment, discretion and confidentiality.

 Ability to travel.

 Must have a reliable car to drive to and from In-service locations.

 Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Can lift or move up to 30 pounds.
