Clinical Specialist

Position Summary:

The per diem clinical nurse specialist is responsible for providing case coverage support, education, sales support, technical support, and training support services for the medical device.

Product/Field Support:

• Provide support to Physicians, Hospital Staff, and other Healthcare Personnel during the MRIs and Implant procedures.
• Keep current on all product literature, promotional material and industry developments.
• Ensure all product issues or concerns are properly addressed to ensure long term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): 

• RN.
• 3 years clinical experience
• 1+ years’ experience in a procedure setting
• Proven ability to demonstrate competencies
• Flexible schedule
• Action Oriented, Perseverance, Learning on the fly and attention to detail
• Knowledge of computer applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment consistent with organizational and department guidelines.
