Job Description

Product/Field Support

  • Provide case coverage support to Physicians, Hospital Staff, and other Healthcare Personnel to ensure proper and optimal use of the device system. 
  • Keep current on all product literature and industry developments 
  • Ensure all product issues or concerns are properly addressed to ensure long term customer satisfaction. 
  • Report customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests within 24 hours of being notified. 
  • Complete all required reports weekly. 
  • Comply, meet, and abide by all territory healthcare facility vendor credentialing polices.

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): 

3 years clinical experience 

  • 2+ years’ experience in the OR 
  • Proven abilityto demonstrate competencies: 
  • Action Oriented,Sense of urgency, Perseverance, Learning on the fly and attention to detail 
  • Knowledge of computer applications including Word, Outlook, Exceland PowerPoint 
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment consistent with organizational and department guidelines.

Preferred: 

  • Bachelor’s degree; Health Science degree, Surgical Tech, or OR RN
  • 2 years of outside clinical applications or sales experience, preferably in theGYN specialty 
  • Experience in Device support
