This candidate must have exceptional leadership, communication, sales and time/project management skills. The Advisor must have a working knowledge of trust operations. The Advisor must have the ability to positively interact with all divisions of Sunflower Bank, N.A. to develop and achieve goals in accordance with policies. Other duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with product development, introduction, and maintenance; effective delivery or sales and services activities within various market areas to grow customer relationships; reviewing and interpreting Wealth Management documents to assist customers; and monitoring internal policies for compliance.

-5+ years of banking/wealth management experience.
