Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for a PMO Manger to join our growing team! This position will be responsible for implementing, improving, and managing processes, tools and methodology related to the execution of corporate enterprise projects. Additionally, this position will manage a team of project managers to excel at project delivery through a combination of project management best practices and process improvement. Qualified candidates should have five to seven years in a leadership role, experience with building a PMO and demonstrated success at executing large-scale concurrent projects. A Project Management certification and working knowledge of project management principles, such as those defined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), required.
