Burger Physical Therapy has provided therapy services since 1978. We currently seek an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team as an Outpatient Clinic Director in our Natomas Clinic in the city of Sacramento, California.

The Clinic's solid and professional team is in place waiting for a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to complement them with responsibility for the efficient operation of the Burger-owned Physical
Therapy Clinic.  This opportunity is available for the right experienced Physical Therapist ready to make a positive difference!

You, as a Director, will be supported by our Director of Outpatient Services and the entire corporate staff!  With Clinics throughout the Sacramento Region, you will experience comradery with fellow Directors encouraged through regular telephone, web-based and face-to-face meetings.

This position, as a Physical Therapist, is full-time, exempt, and offered with a full benefit package. 

Physical Therapy ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Ensures appropriate staff & patient scheduling for efficient operation of facility.
  • Monitors clinical standards and makes program/staffing recommendations.
  • Assures efficiency of Clinical staff per company standards and reviews existing programs.
  • Is available for on-call service and performs as a staff therapist, according to their discipline, as assigned or as needed as well as performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Ensures clinic orientation of all new staff. Ensures training of other staff as identified.
  • Conducts chart audits/staff observations to ensure compliance w/standards of car.
  • Facilitates the development, implementation, and monitoring of new programs and systems to promote efficiency and growth for the Company.
  • Responsible for compliance of fed/state regulations regarding to the clinic. 

Skills & Requirements

Requirement:

  • California state licensed Physical Therapist

Education and/or experience:

  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to set goals, priorities, and meet deadlines in a self-directed environment.

PT Director's salary range for Burger Physical Therapy starts at $104k.
