The Vice President of Outpatient Operations & Clinic Performance is a senior leadership role responsible for driving clinic profitability, operational excellence, workforce stability, and leadership development across all outpatient locations. This role integrates strategic business leadership with people development to ensure sustainable growth, high-performing teams, and exceptional patient outcomes.

This leader is accountable for financial performance, staffing optimization, recruitment and retention strategies, employee engagement, and the development of future clinical and operational leaders. The position partners closely with executive leadership to scale the organization while maintaining a strong culture and clinical excellence.

Skills & Requirements

Leadership Responsibilities

·       Directly oversee Regional Directors / Clinic Directors

·       Build and maintain a high-performing leadership team

·       Establish clear expectations, goals, and accountability measures

·       Drive a culture of ownership, results, and continuous improvement

 

Education & Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA, Healthcare Administration, or related field) preferred

·       7–10+ years of outpatient or healthcare operations leadership experience

·       Proven track record of driving profitability, growth, and operational improvement

·       Experience leading multi-site operations and developing leaders
