We are hiring! Burger's SNF seeks passionate Physical Therapists for part-time or full-time roles. Join our incredible team and thrive in a supportive, collaborative nursing and rehab environment. The Skilled Nursing Facility is located in Folsom.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions
  • Aid and direct patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, activities of daily living, prosthetic training, gait and functional training.
  • Educate patient and family on proper care plans
  • Communicate with team members to ensure quality care is being provided.

Skills & Requirements

 

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university or the foreign equivalent
  • California State licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

We pride ourselves on offering competitive pay, but we know it's not one-size-fits-all. Depending on your background, we can absolutely look at incorporating a signing bonus, retention bonuses, or tuition assistance. Let’s talk about what a package looks like that works for you.

Salary range $65-$85/hour, or equivalent salary dependent upon working hours, experience, and total compensation.   We are flexible.
