Job Description

Athens Technical College is seeking qualified candidates for a Federal Work Study position for the Economic Development Division.  The selected candidate will be responsible to the Director of Economic Development for job duties described below.

The successful candidate will be a student who is registered at Athens Technical College at least half time (6 credit hours), is generally eligible for financial aid and has unmet need as defined by the Federal Student Aid Handbook.  The successful candidate is also responsible for meeting certain college criteria that are considered essential to the success of the college.

Job Duties:

Answer Phones and Data Entry
Track purchasing inventory/requisitions and invoices
Assist in managing material inventory
Assist in managing department calendar
Make files, input student info on Banner, and scanning
Assist with general office duties as assigned
Run Errands Around Campus
