Position: Institutional Effectiveness Coordinator
Location: Athens Campus
Department: Institutional Effectiveness
Reports to: Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness
Salary/Benefits: Salary is commensurate with education and experience. State of Georgia benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Works with leadership across the college to analyze and assess the effectiveness of existing programs. Includes the collection, analysis, and dissemination of necessary assessments, data, and reports.
- Maintains the components of compliance systems, including monitoring, reporting, preparation of reports and other documents.
- Oversees the extraction and compilation of data and publication of college-wide reports such as but not limited to the annual Fact Book and Service Area County Profiles
- Produce visually appealing reports or presentations for the department as needed.
- Perform descriptive or thematic analysis of data available to the department.
- Learn and use software platforms for surveying, conducting planning and outcomes assessment functions, updating the college catalog, or other departmental functions.
- Perform file management and storage, process office transactions according to college specifications, maintain timelines of routine tasks, take meeting minutes, order office supplies, assist with events involving the AA/IE division, and assist with overall office organization.
- Maintain Institutional Effectiveness unit budget files and reconcile monthly balances. Complete purchase requisitions and process approved purchase orders, travel reimbursements, and work orders as approved by the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Institutional Effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field “and” two (2) years related work experience in data analysis, planning, and evaluation.
Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of work experience in a higher education setting
- Advanced skills with technology and data analysis
- Work experience in research, institutional effectiveness, or quality assurance
