A unique opportunity is now available for a Psychiatrist to join Liberty Healthcare as the Medical Director of the Columbia Area Mental Health Center in Columbia, South Carolina.
The Columbia Area Community Mental Health Center provides outpatient community mental health services to adults, adolescents, children and their families in Richland and Fairfield Counties.
The Center is situated in Columbia - South Carolina’s Capital City. Centrally located in the State, Columbia is convenient to many wonderful destinations. Charlotte is only 90 minutes north - and Atlanta, Myrtle Beach and the upstate region are within three hours driving distance. As the Medical Director of the Columbia Area Mental Health Center – you would be primarily responsible for providing outpatient services to adults and families who are experiencing mental illness. Additional responsibilities will include providing clinical leadership and direction to the Center and its professional staff.
