Primary Care Physician / Medical Director – long-term care

A full-time Medical Director position is currently available with Liberty Healthcare at the Stockley Center in Georgetown, Delaware – situated nearby Lewes, Rehoboth and Bethany Beach.

The Stockley Center is an intermediate care facility which provides a full range of residential, medical and therapy services to adults who have physical and developmental disabilities.

In this role you will help ensure residents of the Stockley Center receive high quality medical services. You will be supported by a robust and talented team of nurses and ancillary clinicians. Your day to day work will incorporate both direct patient care as well as quality assurance and clinical leadership responsibilities.

• Ability to spend ample time with your patients and focus on providing high quality patient care, without productivity requirements

• Outstanding annual compensation package and pay by direct deposit (no insurance billing required)

• Thirty-five days off annually for vacation, holidays, CME, personal and sick time

• Regular Monday through Friday work schedule with minimal after-hours activities

You're a good fit for this Medical Director position if you possess the following:

• Delaware medical license

• Completion of a residency in Internal Medicine or Family Practice – and ideally Board Certification

• Experience providing primary care medical services to geriatric clients and/or adults who have disabilities
