Liberty Healthcare Corporation is hiring for a full-time Clinical Services Manager position.

Liberty Healthcare operates multiple enhanced behavioral support homes in Ramona, California.  Each home serves approximately four adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.

As Liberty's Clinical Services Manager, you will serve in a key leadership role, which will help ensure the people in our care receive high quality behavioral services.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing clinical and behavioral services provided to residents of Liberty’s enhanced behavioral support homes
  • Leading and managing clinical staff (BCBAs and LCSWs) 
  • Developing clinical programs, training, policies, and procedures 
  • Developing and implementing evidence-based practices that are appropriate to the client population, are strength-based, trauma-informed and person-centered
  • Providing oversight of the new admission and discharge of clients 
  • Liaising with a multitude of stakeholders
  • Promoting a person-centered approach, protection of client rights, confidentiality and advocacy of clients 
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable clinical licensure, regulatory, licensing and accreditation requirements

Skills & Requirements

You’re a good fit for this position if you possess the following attributes:

  • Licensed professionally as a Psychologist in California - or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a supervisory role working with persons with co-occurring mental illness and intellectual disabilities
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in leading, training and supervising clinical staff
  • Ability and willingness to work a full-time variable schedule - and travel regularly to be onsite at Liberty’s locations in Ramona, CA (as well as other future locations)
