Job Description

Due to continued organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare Corporation is now hiring for a new Human Resources Generalist position.

This is a key role which will support a large-scale hiring campaign and complex human services project. Responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as Liberty Healthcare's sole onsite HR professional
  • Partnering with recruiters on high volume hiring campaign
  • Participate in candidate interviews and contributing to personnel selection
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Partnering with Liberty Healthcare's corporate HR professionals
  • Providing HR assistance to employees
  • Providing HR consultation to management
  • Resolving employee performance / disciplinary issues
  • Managing HR data and e-files/forms
  • Generating HR reports
  • Offboarding terminating employees

This full-time position will require you to work in-person onsite at Liberty Healthcare Corporation’s Boise office.

Employment will commence in September, 2021 and potentially may end at the conclusion of this time-limited project around June, 2023 – however there is potential to extend temporarily or indefinitely.

Skills & Requirements

You are a good fit for this position if you have at least five years of experience in a comparable HR Generalist or Manager role (encompassing the responsibilities noted above) with an organization of seventy or more employees.

You should be able to work well in a team environment, while performing with a high level autonomy.  Outstanding verbal, written and problem-solving skills are required.

Liberty Healthcare manages a statewide system in Idaho which assesses children and adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and helps determine their eligibility for various Medicaid-funded community-based health and human services.
