You are a good fit for this position if you have at least five years of experience in a comparable HR Generalist or Manager role (encompassing the responsibilities noted above) with an organization of seventy or more employees.
You should be able to work well in a team environment, while performing with a high level autonomy. Outstanding verbal, written and problem-solving skills are required.
