Job Description

A new full-time Accounting Clerk position is now available with Liberty of Oklahoma Corporation.

This position is based on-site at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid, OK.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating financial reports
  • Reviewing budgets and actual expenditures
  • Reconciliation activities
  • Processing expense reports
  • Accounts payable activities
  • Monitoring credit card charges and accounts
  • Processing invoices
  • Managing petty cash
  • Payroll activities
  • Collaborating with management and corporate accounting, finance and payroll teams

As a full-time employee of Liberty in this role, you can expect:

  • $25.10 / hour (approximately $52,000 / year)

Skills & Requirements

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:

  • At least three years of bookkeeping experience involving the responsibilities noted above
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Outstanding interpersonal, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills

A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Sage 100 is preferred but not required.

The Robert M. Greer Center is an intermediate care facility which serves adults who have developmental disabilities. This position will provide accounting support for the Robert M. Greer Center as well as the Laura Dester Children’s Center – a comparable facility located in Tulsa. Both Centers are operated by Liberty Healthcare Corporation of Oklahoma - an affiliated entity of Liberty Healthcare Corporation.
