Liberty Healthcare Corporation is looking for a highly organized problem solver and multi-tasker to join our corporate team as Operations & Administrative Coordinator!

We are looking for an individual with a positive 'no job is too large / no job is too small' attitude & a willingness to contribute within and beyond your job description for the betterment of the organization and the people we serve.

This full-time, hybrid role is characteristic of an “Administrative Assistant,” with a specific focus on supporting Liberty Healthcare’s operations leadership team and myriad mission-driven projects.

Your charge will be to provide proactive advanced administrative support to our team in a way that enhances their efficiency and effectiveness. 

Your daily work will involve a wide array of activities which will include a combination of program-level liaising and corporate-level functions, such as:

  • Assisting our statewide staffing contracts with HR and payroll operations
  • Maintaining electronic records, managing data and producing professional management reports and presentations
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and meeting materials, and taking meeting minutes
  • Event planning for companywide leadership meetings - including booking travel and accommodations for colleagues and program leaders, venue research, facilitating and executing all event logistics, and post-event reporting
  • Collaborating with other administrative professionals on small and large projects
  • When needed, backing up our front desk receptionist

You will work in close partnership with Liberty Healthcare’s Operations Implementation Manager as well as company leaders across the United States.

This is a hybrid position which will allow you to work remotely from your home office two days weekly and require you to work three days weekly onsite at Liberty Healthcare's office located at 401 E. City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

Skills & Requirements

To be considered, you must have a Bachelor’s degree and several years of experience in a similar administrative support role.

Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is also required.  A skills and abilities test will be part of the application process.
