Job Description

Physical Therapists are encouraged to consider an outstanding employment opportunity with Liberty Healthcare at the Stockley Center.

The Stockley Center is a modern and well-appointed intermediate care facility which provides high quality care to people who are living with physical and developmental disabilities.

Located in the town of Georgetown, the Stockley Center is an easy drive from Lewes and many other Southern Delaware coastal communities.

As a Physical Therapist with Liberty Healthcare at the Stockley Center, you will help your clients achieve their individual goals so they may be happy, healthy and live as independently as possible.

This is a truly rewarding role in which you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the quality of life and well-being of the people you serve.

You will work collaboratively with and be supported by an experienced, dedicated and skilled multidisciplinary team comprised of other Physical Therapists, Aides, and direct support professionals.

This role is comparable to a staff Physical Therapist within an intermediate care facility, nursing home, or similar long-term care environment.

You will enjoy a slower pace and very small caseload, which will enable you to spend ample time with your patients and your colleagues. Ours is a very collegial and patient-focused environment, free of billing and productivity requirements. You will not be asked to work evenings, weekends or holidays.

As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role, you can expect:

  • Outstanding work / life balance
  • Competitive compensation (no billing required)
  • Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance
  • 30 days of paid time off annually for holidays, vacation, personal and sick leave
