A full-time Facility Staff Scheduler position is currently available with Liberty Healthcare at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid, OK.

The Greer Center is a 52-bed ICF/IID which provides specialized short-term residential treatment services to adults who have intellectual disabilities and behavioral support needs.

The Greer Center endeavors to help each individual build lifelong skills so they may achieve and maintain good health, well-being, and independence in the community.

In this role you will create, manage, and maintain work schedules for a facility which operates 24/7 and has over 150 employees.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring adequate coverage of staff across day, evening and overnight shifts 364 days per year
  • Using computer software applications and manual methods to create and manage work schedules for 150+ employees
  • Adjusting schedules to accommodate planned and unplanned employee absences
  • Achieving deep knowledge of facility staffing requirements and labor laws related to employee scheduling and overtime
  • Effectively communicating with managers and staff regarding a wide array of scheduling issues
  • Developing contingency plans to overcome staffing challenges and enlisting staff to cover shifts as needed

The work schedule for this position is Tuesdays through Saturdays, with some flexibility and required afterhours work.

As a full-time employee of Liberty in this role, you can expect:

  • $24.02 per hour (approximately $49,961 annually)

Skills & Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must have outstanding communication and organizational skills. Prior experience in employee scheduling and workforce management is desired, as is proficiency in employee scheduling computer software programs.
