Medical records professionals are encouraged to consider a new full-time Client Records Coordinator position with Liberty Healthcare at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid, Oklahoma.

Applicants who have a Certified Medical Records Technician (CMRT) credential will be given priority consideration. If you don’t have a CMRT credential, you will be required to obtain one within 6 months of employment.

The Robert M. Greer Center is a specialized intermediate care facility which provides short-term residential treatment to adults who have intellectual disabilities and behavioral support needs.

The Greer Center endeavors to help each person build lifelong skills which will enable them to sustain good health, well-being, and independence in the community.

As Liberty Healthcare’s Client Records Coordinator, your role will focus on managing client records. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting client information from interdisciplinary team members
  • Filing and retrieving documents, preparing reports, and other administrative activities
  • Training staff on best practices in documentation
  • Managing and safeguarding sensitive client health information
  • Participating in quality assurance initiatives
  • Auditing client files to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Preparing for internal and external audits and surveys

As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role, you can expect:

  • $26.23 per hour (approximately $54,500 annually)

Skills & Requirements

You are a good fit for this position if you have medical records management experience in a healthcare facility and have working knowledge of medical coding and medical terminology.
