You are a good fit for this role if you have professional or personal experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
You should also possess:
- A positive, optimistic attitude and a genuine desire to help others
- Strong work ethic and outstanding customer service skills
- Patience, empathy, and exceptional active listening abilities
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Bilingual skills (especially conversational Spanish) are a plus!
Ideal backgrounds include:
- Healthcare front office roles (e.g., Patient Service Representative)
- Direct Support Professionals
- Roles which involve supporting people who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities
