Liberty Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist who has experience supporting this community.

This full-time position allows you to play a vital role in helping individuals receive essential services to enhance their quality of life.

Your day-to-day work will focus on:

  • Engaging in meaningful conversations with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as their families and support networks
  • Answering customer inquiries and address concerns with empathy and understanding
  • Providing clear information about available health and human services, including application processes and expected wait times
  • Documenting important details from conversations to ensure accurate communication
  • Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively participating in ongoing training and development.

What you can expect:

  • Annual compensation ranging from $37,000 to $45,000 (dependent on experience)
  • $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after 90 days and $250 after 180 days)
  • 30 days of paid time off each year for vacation, holidays, sick, and personal leave

Where you will work:

You will work on-site at Liberty Healthcare’s professional office located at 8850 Emerald Street in Boise, near the Boise Towne Square Mall.

Skills & Requirements

You are a good fit for this role if you have professional or personal experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

You should also possess:

  • A positive, optimistic attitude and a genuine desire to help others
  • Strong work ethic and outstanding customer service skills
  • Patience, empathy, and exceptional active listening abilities
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Bilingual skills (especially conversational Spanish) are a plus!
