Full-time Clinical Therapist positions are now available with Liberty Healthcare’s mental health program at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
The West Valley Detention Center is one of the largest county jails in California and the United States. Liberty Healthcare provides a wide array services within the jail to those inmates who are experiencing with mental illness.
As a Clinical Therapist with Liberty Healthcare you will work directly with patients within the jail and be responsible for:

Helping to significantly improve the health of individuals who are struggling with acute and chronic mental illness

Screening patients, conducting intake assessments and preparing diagnostic evaluations

Evaluating and treating patients who are in crisis

Developing, implementing and evaluating goal-oriented treatment plans

Providing direct clinical treatment services to patients - individually and in groups

Serving as primary therapist for assigned patients and managing a caseload

Collaborating with Psychiatrists, RNs, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCCs and other ancillary clinicians and security staff
Various schedule options are available - including 8 hour shifts or 10 hour shifts. Days and times are flexible including weekdays and weekends.
As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role, you can expect:
- Starting pay between $82,000 and $90,000 (depending on qualifications)
