Psychologists are encouraged to consider a consulting opportunity with Liberty Healthcare Corporation.

Liberty Healthcare operates a statewide program in Idaho which assesses children and adults who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities and / or autism. These assessments are used to determine eligibility for various publicly-funded health and human services.

Liberty Healthcare seeks to hire an Idaho-licensed Psychologist to evaluate individuals on an as needed basis. These evaluations will be used to determine Full Scale IQ and / or Autism Spectrum Disorder based on DSM 5 Diagnoses.

Assessments are requested on an as needed basis, potentially a couple each month. Clients should be assessed in-person at your office. Following your assessment, you will be required to write and submit a comprehensive report within four weeks.

Use of age-appropriate and current versions of the following tests will be required:

  • Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence (WPPSI)
  • Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC)
  • Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS)
  • Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale
  • Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS)

As a consultant Psychologist with Liberty Healthcare you will receive a competitive reimbursement rate for your services. No third party or insurance billing is required. Payment will be made to you directly by Liberty Healthcare following the successful completion of each assessment.

Skills & Requirements

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:

  • Licensure in Idaho as a Psychologist
  • Experience administering structured assessments to people who are on the Autism Spectrum and those who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Ability to write cogent reports that are supported data
