Liberty Healthcare Corporation seeks an experienced information technology professional for a full-time Systems Support Analyst position.
In this role you will work closely with our Technology Solutions Manager and Senior Systems Support Analyst to identify system improvement opportunities – while concurrently providing direct end user support.
You will contribute to the transformation of Liberty Healthcare’s information technology support system, to the benefit of 1,400 colleagues nationwide.
More specifically, you will:
- Provide basic, intermediate and advanced application and infrastructure support
- Configure laptops, PCs and mobile devices
- Manage the execution of plans for the deployment of systems and services
- Define project scope and objectives – and develop project plans and schedules
- Provide individual and group training – while creating documentation for end users
