Liberty Healthcare Corporation is now hiring for a full-time Housing Searcher position to support the California Conditional Release Program.

The “California Conditional Release Program” strives to keep communities safe by providing intensive supervision, case management and behavioral health services to adult sexual offenders who are on court-ordered conditional release in communities throughout the State of California.

The program is managed by Liberty Healthcare Corporation, an organization that is well-experienced in the treatment and community monitoring of sexual offenders and other specialized forensic populations.

This role will focus on identifying appropriate housing for program clients in communities throughout California.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting housing market analyses
  • Generating lists of suitable housing options for existing and new program clients
  • Evaluating and assessing housing options for alignment with client conditions of release
  • Developing relationships with landlords and property managers
  • Collaborating with Liberty’s Housing Coordinator, Regional Coordinators and Case Workers

This is a virtual position which will allow you to work remotely from your home office.  Travel throughout the State of California is required.

As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role, you can expect:

  • $80,000 per year

Skills & Requirements

You are a good fit for this position if you have relevant professional experience or if you have worked as a case manager, social worker, parole officer or in a similar role in which you have coordinated housing or other community supports for parolees or people who have mental illness.

You should be self-motivated and able to work well with a high degree of autonomy. You must be willing and able to travel throughout California as necessary.
