Liberty Healthcare is accepting applications for an anticipated opening and full-time Director position.

This role will oversee a statewide program which will help ensure Virginians who are living with developmental disabilities receive high quality home and community-based services.

The core services of this program will focus on conducting Quality Service Reviews of HCBS providers to determine if individuals’ needs are being met through person-centered practices and services are provided in a way that is consistent with required standards and best practices.

This is a remote first position which will allow you to work from your home office, with occasional travel throughout Virginia. 

 

Skills & Requirements

You are a good fit for this position if you have a successful track record leading programs which support people who are living with developmental disabilities and have deep knowledge of Home and Community Based Services, Person-Centered Practices, and quality assurance methodologies.

Virginia residency (or close proximity in Maryland or DC) is required.
