Program overview
Liberty Healthcare operates a specialized mental health program within multiple jail facilities located in San Diego County.
The goal of the program is to provide rapid mental health services to people in need - so they may achieve improved behavioral health outcomes as quickly as possible.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct care to jail inmates
- Administering IV and oral medications
- Providing health education
- Observing and documenting health status
- Collaborating with security staff
- Ensuring program clients receive high-quality health services
Work setting
You will split time working onsite at these two jail facilities:
- The Rock Mountain Detention Facility at 406 Alta Road in San Diego, CA 92158 (nearby Otay Mesa)
- The Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility at 451 Riverview Parkway in Santee, CA 92071
Schedule
You will work full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30pm.

- $30.00 to $36.00 per hour (depending on qualifications)
