The successful candidate will possess the following experience and competencies:
- Minimum of three years’ experience with the processes, services, methodologies and technologies required to support the majority of the duties identified above.
- Experience with eLearning development software currently in use by the SEC and SECU including but not limited to Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and Storyline.
- Experience with corporate university and/or federal agency training program terminology, regulations, operations, procedures, requirements, and practices, especially as they apply to learning and development programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in applying a wide range of methods used to gather, analyze, report and evaluate information concerning large amounts of data.
- Knowledge of and skill in applying a wide range of methods used to gather, analyze, report, and evaluate information concerning large amounts of data.
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite (most recent version and all preceding versions), to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree
Additional Desired Experience (But Not Required):
- Experience designing eLearning (online training) courses or training videos for topics related to EEO.
- Experience in Storyline 3 or Storyline 360. SEC will provide a license for Storyline 3, as needed.
