Maintenance Technician

Maloney Properties is seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician to support our portfolio of residential properties in Cambridge, MA. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities will include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of general apartment repair and some experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. This position includes participation in the emergency on-call service rotation. A valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle is required. Experience with Yardi is preferred. Successful candidates will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
