Maintenance Technician

Maloney Properties is seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician to support our residential properties located in Cambridge, MA. You will join our maintenance team responsible for:

- Performing building repairs such as painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC.

- Preparing open apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.

- Keeping up the appeal and cleanliness of the buildings, including groundskeeping and exterior maintenance.

The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation. 

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.

- Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is preferred.

- Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is also a plus. 

- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
