Job Description

Maloney Properties is looking for 2 part-time Occupancy Specialists for a residential property with 46 units in downtown Boston, MA. The work schedule is 20 hours a week, between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (2 days in the office and 2 days remote). This role is responsible for ensuring that all households are recertified on an annual basis and are in compliance with affordable housing program regulations.  Other responsibilities include rent collection, waitlist management, and lease enforcement. 

Skills & Requirements

Qualified candidates must have experience in the recertification process and related regulations of affordable housing programs (LIHTC and PBS8). COS, SCHM, C3P or equivalent a plus.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Yardi experience is preferred.
