Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will be based at Northgate Apartments a residential family community in Burlington, VT with 336 units.  The Technician will be responsible for the completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, janitorial, and grounds keeping. The work hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and have a strong customer service philosophy.  This position includes participation in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal. A valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle is required.
