Maintenance Superintendent

Maloney Properties is seeking candidates for a Maintenance Superintendent to support our residential property in Haverhill, MA. This property totals 200 units of family housing in the Bradford area. You will be hands-on with our maintenance team and will be responsible for:

-        Coordinating building and maintenance systems

-        Overseeing and participating in work orders and unit turnovers

-        Scheduling and completing preventative maintenance

-        Scheduling and overseeing contractors and vendors

-        Maintaining inventory supply

-        Keeping up the appeal and cleanliness of buildings

-        Managing and reviewing budgets and capital planning

-        Supervision and training of your team of maintenance professionals

The work hours will be 7:30-4:00, Monday through Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation.

We are looking for a leader with excellent communication skills, a strong customer service philosophy, and well-developed training and coaching skills. 

-        Experience with general maintenance, including painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, janitorial work, and HVAC is required.

-        Experience supervising a team of maintenance professionals is required.  

-        A valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle are required.

-        Experience with Yardi is preferred.

-        Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is a plus.

-        A current hoisting license is a plus.
