Your Responsibilities:
The Multi-Site Facilities Manager will be responsible for supervision of the maintenance programs and staff for multiple residential properties in our growing portfolio in the Worcester/Central Massachusetts area. This Manager will oversee building and maintenance systems, preventative maintenance programs, scheduling of onsite capital improvement projects, inventory management, working with contractors and vendors, writing specifications, reading and comparing proposals, writing progress reports for owners, and making presentations.
