Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lawrence, MA. This is a full-time opportunity at a community with 164 units of affordable family housing. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
- Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, and general building maintenance.
- Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.
- Conducting inspections and maintaining building systems.
- Updating maintenance logs and work order status.
- Performing groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas.
The work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm with on-call duties shared on rotation.
