Your Responsibilities
We are seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician to support a large portfolio of residential properties in the South End and Lower Roxbury neighborhoods of Boston, MA. You will join our maintenance team whose responsibilities include:
- Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for occupancy.
- Completing work orders, light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, and general building maintenance.
- Updating the Yardi mobile app and communicating with the Superintendent on completed and on-going work assignments.
- Assisting with capital projects and providing access to contractors as needed.
The work hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 with on-call duties shared on rotation.
