Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking candidates for a full-time Receptionist to support our property management office in Lowell, MA. You will join a team responsible for a large portfolio of affordable family housing. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Processing maintenance requests and scheduling appointments.
- Receiving and distributing mail.
- Ordering and stocking office supplies.
- Preparing correspondence and sending out notices.
- Other administrative duties to support the management team.
The work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00.
