Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential property in the Fenway area of Boston, MA. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:
- Completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, and groundskeeping.
- Weekly trash removal duties.
- Custodial duties for common areas and groundskeeping.
- Providing access to contractors and supervising their work.
- Utilizing the Yardi mobile app and keeping close communication with the superintendent and other staff.
The work hours for this position are 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday with on-call availability required.
