Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant to support the management office at our Villa Victoria Community, located in Boston’s Historic South End. This Administrative Assistant will help facilitate the office and maintenance operations for this portfolio, which consists of 667 apartments at 8 properties. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to the Senior Superintendent of Facilities and Maintenance staff.
- Taking and responding to maintenance calls on the Maintenance Service Line.
- Collecting important information from callers to create detailed work orders in Yardi and dispatch them to Maintenance Technicians.
- Assigning work orders to Maintenance technicians.
- Updating maintenance work order logs.
- Creating and distributing resident notices for unit repairs and/or inspections.
- Other administrative duties to support the maintenance and administrative operations of the portfolio.
The Administrative Assistant will also be involved in weekly team meetings, provide insight on decision-making, and receive directives from Maintenance Supervisors and Property Managers. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. This is an in-person position with parking available.
