Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join a team responsible for 6 communities with over 400 units and commercial spaces. You will oversee the Millrace District property, a 70-unit affordable housing community with commercial space in Woonsocket, RI. The work hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include leasing, resident relations, waitlist management, legal management, annual recertifications, rent collections, inspections, compliance, processing invoices, vendor management, and staff supervision.
