Union Square Events is seeking a BOH Supervisor to join the team!
The BOH Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of our culinary team responsible for packaging a multitude of foods. Responsibilities include but are not limited to labeling and dating all packaged foods, ensuring the FIFO process is followed, assisting Sous Chefs with inventory management, maintaining Department of Health compliance, and prioritizing the needs of multiple kitchen departments.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
General computer skills
General culinary and back of house experience
Food Handler’s Certificate – NYC DOHM
