Specific Accountabilities:

  • Manage all company social media pages through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, UnTappd, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google and more
  • Create engaging content for social media, email, website, and other digital platforms
  • Run digital ads through Facebook, Instagram, Google and more
  • Seek information from guests via social media, blog, review sites, etc. to determine what needs are not being properly met and identify potential opportunities to better serve our guests
  • Develop an understanding of Busch’s target audience and develop strategy of how to best communicate with our target audience through social, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Launch weekly email marketing campaigns through Busch’s internal CRM system
  • Plan and coordinate in-store and off-site events to increase engagement between Busch’s and our guests. Enhance our community image through assisting with appropriate sponsorships. 
  • Promote B2B (business-to-business) marketing by partnering with vendors and neighboring businesses on various social media and email campaigns, cross-promotions, etc.
  • Exemplify Busch’s beliefs and behaviors when interacting with guests and potential guests both in store and offsite. 
  • Write copy for press releases, social media posts, website content and other materials as needed 
  • Get feedback from our best MyWay members to ensure we are taking care of their needs.  
  • Contribute to organizational effectiveness by offering information, suggestions and recommendations.

Skills & Requirements



  • Bachelor degree in communications, marketing, business or related field
  • Experience managing social media business accounts required
  • Excellent writing skills required
  • Experience running Facebook ads and google ads preferred
  • Some public relations knowledge and/or experience preferred Some retail experience preferred. 
  • Proficient organization and planning skills, especially to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
  • Proficient presentation skills, including confidence in getting up in front of people.
  •  Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Proficient computer skills in excel, word and email. Able to learn and use a variety of proprietary applications and technology
