Job Description

Job Summary

The Systems Administrator will lead the ongoing administration of our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units and is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, upgrade preparedness and improvement of our organization. The successful candidate will also be comfortable in a role where they are required to be the administrator, part technical analyst, and part project manager.

Skills & Requirements


·         BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field or at least two years administering a large Salesforce organization

Minimum Qualifications

·         3-5 years experience as a technical administrator


·         Salesforce Administrator (ADM201 or ADM211) certified

·         Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills; thinks like a business analyst

·         Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps, objects, complex formula fields, dependent picklists, Process Builder, etc.

·         Able to assess the impact of new requirements on upstream and downstream applications & systems

·         Proven ability to implement new systems and facilitate adoption

·         Strong data design and data management abilities

·         Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements

·         Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

·         Ability to work in a collaborative fast paced environment

·         Fundamental knowledge and understanding of general business processes (sales, finance and accounting)
