Job Summary
Provides client-facing teams with subject matter expertise (SME) to diagnose, troubleshoot, triage, repair and debug complex EDI issues. Monitors Clearinghouse enterprise application platform, system performance, and batch-level processing. Participates with daily clearinghouse operations and on-call production support.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitors platform-level dashboards and EDI processing servers
- Provides after hours on-call production support
- Tracks occurrences and resolutions related to system performance
- Troubleshoots and documents Clearinghouse issues escalated from various support groups
- Communicates production issues to internal and external teams as applicable
- Participates with the deployment of Clearinghouse hot fixes and other related solutions
- Documents solutions for use by support staff
- Provides platform-level support to Greenway internal users
- May act as a liaison between various support groups and development
- May produce metrics based reporting for reported database problems and environmental concerns.
