The Cloud Operations Manager is responsible for managing a team of support professionals with skills and experience capable of handling issues unique to the Greenway Secure Cloud (GSC) environment.  The Cloud Operations Manager will be the focal point to bridge the products support teams with the cloud operations teams. This position operates as part of the Greenway Secure Cloud team within IT. With an emphasis on security, reliability, overall service improvements and growth, the Cloud Operations Manager will use experience to develop creative solutions and innovations to our Secure Cloud environment. The Cloud Operations Manager will be responsible managing the team that runs day-to-day operations for Greenway Secure Cloud.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Upskilling New Hires
  • Coordinating Efficiency Projects
  • Running day-to-day operations for the Greenway Secure Cloud
  • Primary Liaison between other departments and Cloud Operations teams
  • Create and implement curriculum for new hire training
  • Lead projects, develop plans and timelines, monitor progress
  • Facilitate meetings, follow up as needed, direct and coordinate activities
  • Regularly communicate expectations, next steps, achievements, and issues
  • Promote the adoption of Infrastructure as Code and automation practices
