Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in business or organizational development.
- An advanced degree and/or training certification is preferred
- At least five (5) years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development with demonstrated success with program development and execution, including experience measuring and monitoring training impact through performance analysis and learning retention models.
- Five (5) years of experience developing and delivering sales training for an in-house or field-based staff
Additionally
- Experience rolling out new enablement tools and processes
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills; outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong executive presence
- Experience in creating and piloting new materials for field staff
- Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
- Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
- Experience in creating and piloting new materials for field staff
- Experience managing third-party vendor relationships
- Experience in observing and evaluating others and the ability to provide constructive feedback for performance improvement
- Experience designing and leading continuous improvement sessions with proven track record of improving employee experience and learning team efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience managing third-party vendor relationships
- Experience with technologies such as Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, Salesloft, Mindtickle, Vidyard, etc.
- Experience in observing and evaluating others and ability to provide constructive feedback

- Must understand fundamental and adult learning theories and how to incorporate them effectively into training programs
- Thorough understanding of various sales tactics and proven sales performance
- Proven ability to utilize various teaching methods to effectively educate a variety of audiences
- Continually learning and developing trainer skill set to provide best in class training programs
- Comfortable taking initiative, learning quickly, and building training content for a growing team
- Confidence and poise when presenting to and interacting with executive leadership
- Demonstrated success in leading and implementing work across functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills
- Excels in building trust with senior leaders and influencing others and drive team collaboration across business teams
- Familiarity with SharePoint and website content management systems, web analytics and media and social media distribution and tracking tools
- Skilled in managing a team of employees to achieve objectives and inspire creativity and ongoing program improvement with focus on continued team development
- Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong work ethic and can-do attitude, along with the ability to work independently
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must value working with information that is technical in nature and could tailor that information for both lay and specialized audiences
- Results-oriented and data-driven personality
- High emotional intelligence
- Ability to analyze current company needs and strategically create a training curriculum suitable for the sales workforce
- Ability to successfully lead project from conception stages through continued execution

- Ability to travel up to 25% required (within the state and out of state)
Work Environment/Physical Demands
- While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday
- This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard the majority of their workday
- This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices.
- The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to clients and other associates
- This position requires travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes (within the state and out of state)
