Job Description

Kane's Furniture, Florida's Furniture leader for over 75 years is seeking a talented General Manager In Training looking to become our next General Manager.

What will you be doing?

· You have full responsibility for running a successful store location!

· Create a People First culture so that our associates are engaged and inspired to be their very best.

· Develop and execute sales strategies and goals designed to increase your store’s sales and profitability.

· Create new and innovative ways to drive sales and traffic in your location – all ideas are welcome!

· Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, develop, and hold your associates accountable to their individual and team goals.

· Ensure your team is fully staffed based on staffing level goals.

· Continually assess training needs of the staff and utilize available resources to provide the knowledge, coaching and development needed to effectively perform the duties of their jobs.

Skills & Requirements

What qualification we expect?

· Experienced in sales, leading teams, and visual merchandising standards.

· Minimum of five years of experience in Retail Management.
