Our Customer Service Representatives work directly with Customers to ensure they receive a superior customer experience from the time they purchase in store or online, through to delivery of the product in the home and beyond.

Working in our service-center environment, requires:

  • Friendly and courteous service over the phone

  • Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision

  • Prompt follow up

  • Execute clerical functions in a timely fashion

  • Update and maintain all customer service reports and records

  • Maintain accurate records for all customer interactions

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bilingual - English and Spanish - highly preferred

  • 1 -3 years’ experience in a customer service role is desired, but not required

  • Candidates must have excellent telephone phone communication skills

  • Verbal and written communication, and multi-tasking skills

  • Strong computer skills are necessary

  • The ability to project professionalism

  • Must possess a clear and professional speaking voice

  • The schedule of this full-time position will include coverage of business hours, hours within Monday through Saturday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. - schedule can vary based on the business needs.

This position will be located at our Corporate Distribution Center located at 5700 70th Avenue North, Pinellas, Park FL , 33781. This is an onsite position.
