We are looking for a Customer Service Rep. to join our team!

Job Purpose: To provide support and service across Performance Group brands that results in a superior experience for both internal and external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and support for the outside sales team.
  • Adopts CRM and its functions in alignment with company initiatives
  • Responsible for performing customer service functions including but not limited to order and RMA processing, handling incoming call volume, check on orders, scanning and other clerical duties.
  • Responsible for basic knowledge of Performance Group brands with continuous training
  • Performs outbound calls to dealer network in support of sales programs.

The ideal candidate for this position is a quick learner and a self-starter and has motorcycle sales experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are highly desired.
